It’s here that our founder, a washed-up rapper from the golden era of the 90s, traded in his rhyme book for a recipe book. After the music industry faded and the lights dimmed, he found himself at a crossroads—but like any true New Yorker, he adapted, evolved, and started cooking—literally and figuratively.

What started as late-night sessions in the kitchen turned into a new kind of creativity. From fire in the booth to fire on the stove, the energy shifted but the passion never died. Inspired by bold flavors, big personalities, and unapologetic hunger—FATBOYFRESH was born.
